"I enjoyed my stay here so much! I had a beautiful view via my terrace, facing the mountains. Hotel cleans rooms every day and does a wonderful job. Breakfast was very fancy and delicious. The elevators were super efficient - I never shared an elevator with anyone and always got one within 10 seconds. Interlaken ost is a 13 minute walk, Interlaken west an 8 minute walk. They also give you an Interlaken card for travel nearby. The only thing I wish is that there was laundry services available on...

"We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ordering room service was a breeze and the food was wonderful. We had the buffet breakfast and it to lo was very good. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome cocktail at the bar across the street.
