"There was a broken chair on the lanai, a broken handle on the master shower door, the kitchen wasn't quite as stocked as I would have liked but overall, we loved the location, loved the lodging, we had a wonderful stay and would choose that booking again. We're very thankful."

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."

"The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. "Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. "

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"

"Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am.
