"Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, obwohl wir früher angekommen waren und auf das Zimmer warten mussten. Als wir später das Zimmer erhalten haben, waren wir über den Zustand schockiert. Auf dem Boden waren große Flecken, die Möbel waren alt und beschädigt und die Dusche verschimmelt. Dank Expedia, die sich für uns eingesetzt hat, konnten wir am nächsten Tag auch an der Rezeption reklamieren und haben schließlich das gebuchte Kingsize-Bett sowie ein anständiges Zimmer erhalten."
