No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management...
