"Very pleased with my stay. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. On the breakfast it has local menu plus scrambled eggs, salads fruits, cereals. I prefer boiled eggs and the kitchen staff was very kind to prepare boiled eggs for me every day. I recommend this place. "

"The hotel is nice and in good condition. It is modern, and rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice too. The only downside would be the location right next to a very busy and hectic avenue, which makes transport a bit complicated, and walking around is somewhat difficult. Otherwise, it’s not far from the main attractions (the old town square and the National Monument), and it’s relatively convenient to reach from the airport. I recommend it for a short stay."

"We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."

"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. Even for presentation, the hotel provided hdmi port literally on the dining table for connection to the tv, very intriguing. The drawback that came up during my stay was only...

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"It was a pleasant experience but I have to warn fellow travelers… the food is subpar. I love Indonesian food but the food here was way below standards. I’ve had much better from street vendors. Other than that it was wonderful. "
