"Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. "私が３回目、妻が初めての沖縄、冬の沖縄は初めて。 観光地に近い場所も考えましたが、ゆっくりホテルステイも楽しみたいと思い、こちらを選択しました。 結果、大満足で不満はひとつもありませんでした。 サービス、食事、お部屋やリゾート全体、すべて完璧でした。2月の沖縄を楽しめたのはこちらのホテルだったからだと思います。 夜に聞こえてくるのは波音だけ。まさに非日常。 唯一の心残りはディナーを付けなかったこと。外で沖縄料理を堪能するために付けませんでしたが、朝食のレベルを考えるとディナーも相当美味しいはず。夜遅く帰ってきても笑顔で対応してくださったスタッフの皆様には感謝しかありません。 身も心も十分休まり、また仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちになりました。 また沖縄に行く際は利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。"

"It was a pleasant stay for a large family trip. We were able to relax in clean rooms and a beautiful space. Breakfast was enjoyable, as there was an Okinawan style breakfast option. At the check-in counter and the restaurant, in my case, there were staff members who could speak simple English and were kind. But if you want to ask specific questions, it would be better to speak or translate in Japanese."

"추라우미 수족관에서 걸어서 5분이내 거리에, 앞에 해양공원 산책로도 있고, 2층이지만 바로 앞에 바다도 보여서 너무 좋습니다. 화장실이 1개인 것이 옥의 티이지만 주인분이랑 연락도 잘되고(영어는 못하시는 것 같지만 번역기 돌려가며 소통 가능) 약간 앤티크한 집 분위기에 자자한 소품들까지 모두 잘 구비되어 있어 우리집 처럼 편하게 지내다 갈 수 있습니다. 너무 편하게 잘 지내다 가고 다음에 또 오키나와에 온다면 이곳에 머무르고 싶네요"

"チェックインして　部屋の匂いが気になり　窓を開けようとしたら　全ての窓下はきだしレールに虫の死骸がビッシリで　風が入ると　部屋に入ってきてもおかしくない状態だったので　 なくなく、掃除しました　 その他　全体的に　汚れている箇所が　目につき　清掃不十分だと思います　施設とのやりとりも チェックアウトの時間に関して　何度もメールがきましたが　この件で　メールをしたら　一切　返信もなかったです　海の側で　ゆったりできる所なので　清掃　換気など　改善されていけば　よい施設なのに　、、、残念と感じました "
