The restaurant and lounge could use a little sprucing up in terms of options offered, set up and flexibility but other than that, it was a super clean and nice place to stay in Kyoto, close walk to all the great areas and right by Gion/Geisha District and amazing temples just minutes away. "The premium rooms are spacious for Japan and stylish. Beds are comfortable and Tempur pillows were good. Only negative, they would not allow you to take drinks purchased from the bar to your room which was disappointing "

"Nice hotel close to Kyoto station and shopping mall and restaurants, very clean, but bed is small for 4ppl (I booked quadruple room) and I don’t really like the pillow too. But overall it’s a very nice hotel."
