"We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions."

"Front desk was not welcoming. I had to go back several times to inquire about information which should have been provided at times of check in. Otherwise, the kitchen staff were kind and housekeeping. Front desk staff can do better as they are the first encounter of the guests."
