"Funktionales Stadthotel an zentraler Lage mit noch etwas DDR Charme. Mein Zimmer war äusserst klein und die Türhöhe sehr niedrig, dafür mit schöner Aussicht über Berlin. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too."

"The gym is a good 5-10 minute walk away. The wifi was abysmal the entire trip, with no fix. TV was very limited, news channels only. A true business hotel."

"The AC did not work during our stay. We reported the issue twice and were promised both times that it would be looked at, but nothing was done. The window could only be opened partially, which provided very little relief. The combination of the heat and poor air circulation made the room unbearable.
After the trip, I contacted Expedia about the situation. Unfortunately, the property never responded to the inquiry and did not offer any compensation or attempt to address the issue."

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im NH Hotel am Ku’damm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und insgesamt hat alles einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht.
Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Unser Zimmer lag direkt an den S-Bahn-Gleisen. Bei offenem Fenster war es dadurch recht laut, aber auch bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man die vorbeifahrenden Züge noch hören.
Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden und wir würden wiederkommen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen....
