"Set in a lovely position on the beach with beautiful walks along the coastal path. The staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you a couple of hiccups were dealt with very quickly and professionally the breakfast’s were very good and Louise was great at looking after us. "For the price that you pay, this hotel provides a good level of accomodation with a great breakfast and super staff. There is a lounge and bar. Brilliant location near the sea and easy to walk to Barbican. We will be back next year Ken !! This time with more volleyball players who are keen to stay"

"The toilet was on the outside of the room which i was not expecting when i had booked a room with a private bathroom. The shower also steps onto carpet and there is no exhaust fan and no way to open the window which makes room quite humid when trying to straighten hair. Also concerned also the shower had some mould in it. The no exhaust fan with the shower being in the room could lead to mould problems in the future. Otherwise okay"
