"We requested a room change because our initial room was on the first floor, near the exit and entry doors, which caused significant disturbances due to the heavy foot traffic throughout the night. However, the staff refused to accommodate our request, citing that the booking was made through a third party.
The fitness room was quite small.
Apart from these minor inconveniences, we had a generally positive experience."
