"Just what you need, In the best was possible it’s a no frills hotel, at least my room was. Genuinely mean this in a good way too, it was exactly as advertised and exactly what I needed. Being in FiDi it does have more of a “corporate no flair” aspect to the room but for the location and closeness to everything it makes up for it. Would stay here again for sure. "

"The Hotel Caza is a great place to stay in San Francisco if you have kids. The rooms are relatively large, the location is amazing and the lobby offers a number of activities to keep the kids amused during the down times. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. "This is an excellent option if you want to stay in the middle of everything.... convenient location right on union square....the room had an extraordinary view... staff was super nice and friendly... the cafe/restaurant downstairs have the best coffee, burgers and omg... rhe cheese cake..... believe me... you wont be dissapointed."

"The staff is awesome here at this hotel they really care about their customers and have gone above and beyond to care for their guest even during a accidental black out at tge hotel. The staff took great control of the situation and informed its guests on time and were very accommodating too. I would to thank the housekeeper staff for a great job because the assigned house keeper was always there and help me with removing trash from my room and she cleaned my room in a swift and timely matter....
