"The rooms were very spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blankets. The only downside for us was that the air-conditioning was a little inconsistent (but it kept us plenty cool at night), and there was no washer and dryer available for guests or even on site laundry. Other than those two things, we loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay again!"
