"Close to all the sights we like to visit "

"This location was perfect for walking to most things we wanted to see. We walked to Beale Street, Rock and Soul Museaum, Peabody Hotel, waterfront. We drove 15 min. to Graceland and 5 min. to the Civil Rights Museum. Our room had a view of the Mississippi River and bridges which light up at night with a colorful display."

"We only stayed two nights, but it is in a good area and is walkable to Beal Street. The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly. Was a little concerned about the railroad tracks on the backside of the hotel but I only heard one train a night and it was before midnight. The pool area needs some cleaning as a bit of a mess after the heavy rains. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Great room, clean, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint is we asked multiple times to have our room cleaned, but it never happened. We ended up asking for more towels and asked to get the trash taken out, and that happened, so good enough. We would stay again because the bed was awesome."

"My husband and I love this hotel! We stay here often when we come to Memphis. It has easy parking, is right next to Beale st, next door to the Fed Ex Forum, and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. It’s quiet despite the closeness to Fed Ex Forum and Beale. It’s always spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff always friendly, and the bar/restaurant is awesome. This visit we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we were checking in, they overheard us...

"Everything was great. It did seem as tho the ac shut off a lot overnight. Perhaps there was an econo motion sensor tho thing. Otherwise. Absolutely lovely room, bedding, toiletries and towels. Very quiet. Coffee bar n restaurant was perfect breakfast. "

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
