"Old hotel needs huge renovation."

"It was largely short of stuff considering that many guests in the hotel at the night we stayed. We tried to have a quick dinner but were sold in the hotel restaurant that it was too busy and would take 1-1.5 hours to get food. We were suggested to take room order and delivery. When we called on the phone, we were told that the hotel kitchen was too busy and a message was left to call us back later. They never called! We went to bed without eating any dinner since we had an early flight the next...

"Our second time here. A little eclectic but ticks all our boxes. A 10 minute walk from Termini station. 2 minute walk from the Metro (Vittorio Emanuele). 25 minute walk to Colosseum - or any of the usual spots. Bars, restaurants and mini-marts in the surrounding streets. Nice breakfast. Happy to help staff."

"The room had some nice views and the location of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast options were solid and rooms were clean and spacious. However, the building is old, meaning the floors are creaky and annoying at night if someone needs the washroom. Additionally, there was only one outlet in the room that was inconveniently placed over a bed."

"The hotel itself is OK but the location and surroundings are kind of unclean. We syayted on the ground floor and the sound proofing and smell proofing was bad. The room will smell like drainage occasionally- I can’t figure if it can from outside trash or from drain pipes. The staff were helpful and better than most Italian small hotels. The breakfast was bad and their staff weren’t the best there"
