"Beautiful room with nice view. Nice wildlife and fauna to check out by the beach and on the golf course. Very attentive and pleasant staff. From arrival to departure, everyone was kind and not overbearing. Food was very good and not as overpriced as elsewhere. Pool was clean and easy to find chairs and towels. "Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible.
A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...
