"Friendly staff. Well located in a quiet mews 5 mins walk from the main squares. Room a bit old-fashioned, clean and comfortable (4 choices of pillow!), plenty of electric sockets, but disappointing absence of tea/coffee-making or even a welcoming bottle of water. No fridge or A/C; fan provided. Book ahead for car park; manoeuvring a large car tricky when full. Two 7 kW EV chargers: one Tesla only - good value if you can get an overnight charge. Nice simple breakfast."

"The room (family room) was fantastic, no shoddy sofa bed but a proper robust fold down bed. Everything felt new and clean, great view of the cathedral. Lovely breakfast and fantastic staff. Couldn’t fault it, especially for the price. It is a bit of a walk into the centre but even with kids it went fairly quickly and the reception is happy to recommend places to eat. Parking might have been an issue for us as our car was too tall for the underground parking nearby but thankfully we got on street parking round the back."
