"The location and shuttle bus are convenient. I arrived to the hotel around 7am for my check in at 3pm, the front desk allowed me to do an early check in for a fee, without hesitation. The staff is friendly. The location is clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The shuttle bus is on time and the driver was courteous."

"Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices. The room was clean and tidy. The staff are vey courteous and helpful. The only thing that I notice that when you enter into the room it had a smell like humidity. The pool needs to have a deep cleaning because it has a lot of black spots. Other than that I have no complaints. The hotel is huge and near to the train station Iglesia del Carmen where it take you to Albrook mall."

"the property has a lot of potential but left a sour taste in our mouth, I read many reviews but chose to ignore the negatives because of the great central location it was in. the only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff, they kept the place super clean and fixed our room including our personal items every morning. we stayed for 3 days and 2 out of those 2 days we woke up to no power or water, we were told there was an explosion but we were not accommodated with not even a bottle...
