"This was a great find (2 room apartment) for a family of four with two teenagers. The apartment was wonderful. My only complaint was that we flew in early and although I had filled out the pre-check in that said we would be there early, the receptionist (although I would hesitate to give the wrong impression--this isn't a hotel with a lobby and receptionists) informed us that we couldn't store luggage or even sit by the pool to wait for our room.
