"The apartment was very nice, very clean. The bathroom is immaculate! The building was not so much. The building is dog friendly, but the dog waste basket outside the entrance door was overflowing with dog waste bags. The smell was unbearable! Great location, you can walk to Little Italy and other nearby watering holes."

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
