"I came with my young kids and elderly parents. This hotel has such a rich history, it was an amazing experience. Yes it is not the fancy modern style hotel, but it is incredibly well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the lobby very grandeur with wonderful live piano/violin concert every night (yes, every night). The buffet breakfast/lunch was wonderful. The view outside is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."

" Our stay at the hotel was fantastic once we got through the horrible check-in process. We had added an additional day to our stay a few days prior, but unfortunately, they had not updated their records. When we tried to check in, the staff kept typing on the computer, talking about us under their breath, and then looking back up at us. It was very rude, especially after a very long day of travel. "Good location. MRT (underground subway) is next to the hotel. About 15 minutes walking to airport subway station. Hotel does not have computer and printer for customer. Hotel room mattress is too hard to sleep well."

"Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. "
