"We stayed here over a weekend while visiting family in Chicago. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean and in good working order. We got the basic room and there was no coffee maker in the room. That seems to be standard in other hotels. They also do not offer room service. No breakfast buffet included in the basic room because they want you to pay an extra $80 per night for the amenity package."

"Overall, The Wade wasn’t that bad. The location is great if you want to stay off the Strip, and it’s conveniently located across the street from Navy Pier.
My only real complaint was the lack of storage space. The rooms didn’t have much closet space, shelves, or anywhere to put your belongings. The bathroom also lacked a vanity, and there weren’t any dresser drawers, which made it difficult to unpack and keep things organized.

"Music in restaurant was very annoying. Upon arrival to room on the surface it looked clean but under better inspection much dust was very evident on phone & nightstand, & above the air vent where you can adjust temperature & fan there was dark dirt & what looked like black mold. Molding around floor in bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."
