"Appreciated the 3 food/bar outlets within the hotel. The Rum House with it's nightly music and excellent cocktails were a highlight. Bathroom in room was recently refreshed with, but it's very tiny and the half-panel shower allows water to splatter all over the place. Rooms are comfy, but air conditioning unit was loud and leaked water. We did report it to the front desk, but no indication if maintenance ever came up to look at it. "The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs better maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom vent was dirty, and the bathtub had peeling paint, which made me feel uncomfortable using it. The elevators also need maintenance, as they make loud noises that make you feel like they could break down at any moment. I would recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, but other than that, it would not be my first choice."
