"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"Staff at the hotel are excellent! I booked a 1-week stay here because my Airbnb was cancelled at the last minute. They serve a modest complimentary breakfast every morning in their restaurant that is located inside the hotel. They provide currency exchange at the front desk. "First, it's a hidden gem. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. Now how about the African coffee, ah so smooth and the taste was incredible. The best I have had so far. The staff genuinely care about you and would support you from pickup to drop off(if you request). The garden area needs some attention though, I think the grass is overgrown and should regularly be cut. Oh by the way, I love the city view from room... Came out every Morning just to have a view and take...
