"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. "The property is close to all of the attractions. We walked to them. Parking at the Welcome Center across the street is not as expensive compared to the hotel valet parking."

"Staff was very helpful and so polite don’t like the fact that I was charged for amenities that I had no intention of using we were there to se st Augustine not swim in the pool $25 dollars a day and $25 to park no choice if you wanted to park across the street"

"Condo was small but perfect for a short stay (3-4 days). Beach was wonderful especially at low tide. Hot tub in the facility was great. We ate at many of the great restaurants in St. Augustine so we did not need to use the condo's adequate kitchen facility. Condo was clean when we arrived. "
