"Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So...

"The tour offering is truly a ripoff and wouldn’t recommend anyone the offer. The property was good and clean. But dining is expensive. There is no grocery shop around either. Don’t go there during rainy season. "

Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. "Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. "
