"Had a great couple of days, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was that a lot of the menu was not available. This was our second time there."

"Wonderful, relaxing place to stay with a vibrant breakfast."

"This hotel is so great. We stayed in the villa with private pool. The rooms are very large and super clean. The pools are amazing. The restaurant and bar has a really good menu and the food is excellent. The staff go to the next level to make sure you’re having a great stay and genuinely care. Thank you to everyone who looked after us so well. Internet in the restaurant and bar is very fast. We stayed in the furthest room and it was a bit patchy if you want to stream a movie, but isn’t a...

"The hotel is very nice. Wasn’t a huge fan of the restaurant food."

"The most beautiful beach and staff. The wifi was hit and miss at times but for being on an island not horrible. All in all we had an AMAZING visit and highly recommend."

"Amazing "

"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...

"One of the best hotels installations that I have been, such a beautiful hotel."

"Everything was quite amazing. We loved the property, breakfast, service. Indian breakfast was superb and staff was nice."

"Beautiful slice of paradise in Ubud."

"Super helpful staff, well maintained property, amenities very nice especially the Radha Spa. Really had a great time here."

"Excellent place and good staff"

"Great great location , wonderful staff"

"Easy to get around, helpful staff"

"Good location and nice outdoor pool area with the beach right in front. However the hotel room were average and needs a full renovation. Alot of small ants in room which were not pleasant. The breakfast could be improved on too. Buffet is not ideal with the humidity and heat and recommended a menu service instead to include, fruit, codeee/tea and choose one main menu item so that it is cooked fresh."

"This hotel property and staff are amazing. We loved our experience there. This will now be our go to hotel in Bali"
