"Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist….."

"The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended."

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever...

"First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....

"First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! "

"Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again."
