Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"Foi muito boa nossa estádia no Quality, pois os funcionários são bem atenciosos e solícitos. Hotel limpo e cheiroso. Piscina limpa e tratada. O Quality é próximo a Orla de Tambaú, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes, supermercados e etc. O único ponto negativo é que o check in é as 15h. Poderia ser mais cedo para o hospede poder aproveitar mais. Mi"

"A localização muito boa, pertinho de tudo, praia,bares, restaurantes, feirinha de artesanato,padarias, farmácias, supermercado, conveniências,etc… deixou a desejar o local do quarto, próximo de uma boate barulhenta sem nenhuma acústica o som entrava no quarto. No sábado teve um pouco mais de silêncio,mas o que as pessoas falavam na rua escutávamos dentro do quarto. Isto gera um desconforto enorme. O banheiro junta água quando o chuveiro está aberto, o chuveiro tem uma queda d’água invertida....
