"The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's a short walk down an alley to the main walking street and the Sunday night market. The breakfast is good. The choices are limited but there are always eggs made to order as well as some standard NA breakfast and a selection of 3-4 Asian breakfast items, plus the usual fruit. "This is at most a 3 star hotel. Overpriced for what it is, which I found to be an issue in Chiang Mai. In an effort to be artsy there are exposed pipes on a cement ceiling. When other guests used the shower or toilet water would loudly run through the pipes. Air quality was mediocre as was cleanliness. Breakfast was mediocre - although had rave reviews from previous guests."
