"The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to Time Square. The rooms are small, dingy, and outdated. The water pipes scream in the walls when floors above take showers. The elevators are slow. I would highly recommend spending the extra money for a better hotel. Will not stay here again."

"Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a 4 étoiles !!!!personnellement j’établis 1 étoile rien pour l’emplacement à Times square,sinon le reste c’est zéro,hôtel bruyant,leurs climatiseurs date, très bruyant,l’impression de dormir dans un chantier,j’ai du changer 3 chambres c’est pareil,personnels (manager)aucun sens de l’accueil,un hôtel 4 étoiles sans mini bar dans les chambres c’est du jamais vue!en conclusion je le déconseille vivement car vous risquez de compter les étoiles la nuit !!!!!!"

"The shower was awful. The caulking was stained with mold, and insects came out of the drain. The air conditioner was working, BUT the compressor was extremely loud. I needed earplugs to block out the noise. We could hear it from the elevator, which was five or six rooms away. Other than that, the lobby is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I don't know if it was intentional, but there were no cups in the room."
