"We love staying at Mercure Sydney!! This is probably our 6th time staying here. We definitely would come back again. The rooms are clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing! The only thing Ive noticed this time is that the pool is not heated, water is not clean, saw that it had some floating dead skin/nails. Other than that, we loved our stay. "

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time.
