West Jakarta Hotel Guide - 4 Stars Hotels in West Jakarta, Jakarta

everything and everyone were exceptional

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. It was directly connected with a neighborhood shopping mall which has variety of food. Within walking distance, there is a traditional "China...

Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. Very nice stay in very good hotel with the best staff you have ever seen

Really nice hotel. Staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The room was really nice and on 21st floor so view of the city.

Nice hotel. I Like this Hotel, breakfast is good. But the traffic......... :(

The staff were very polite and helpful, it is easy to communicate with the team through WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean, and the pictures posted are an accurate representation of the property

Clean spacious rooms with an amazing shower and helpful staff. Really comfortable beds.

This is an amazing hotel, centrally located in Menteng Jakarta. The staff go beyond what I'd expect, they are amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and happy. Rooms are enormous and extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Easy walks to public transport, shops and cafes/restaurants if desired and the hotel can and will organise transport if required. The breakfast is a la carte and exquisite, which you can order to your room or to the restaurant...

Hotel was excellent. The staff were truly outstanding and such nice people

Very helpful staff and good facilities overall. Small gym but empty when I used it around 6pm both days.

Great location with fantastic view over the city. Good size of living area. Comfortable bed. And fabulous staff members

We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found...
