"Wow true to the name Grand.. Had a Grand stay with my wife. What an absolute cracking breakfast and the room is well nice (Just needs a good dust In some areas). The staff are all warm and welcoming. The spa is fantastic , by far the best spa I've been to"

"I recently stayed at Judges Court York for three nights and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I completely understand that the hotel can’t control the heatwave we experienced, but the rooms were unbearably hot. The only cooling provided was a small fan, which made very little difference, and it was extremely difficult to sleep. For the price of the hotel, I would expect better facilities, especially air conditioning or a more effective way of keeping guests...
