"Wonderful resort. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious food at the restaurant, and plentiful selection at the breakfast buffet. We used the Jimjilbang which was a nice place to warm up from the cold outside "

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time.
Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning.
About 5 mins walk to Moana.
We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. We then went for breakfast and enjoy the walk.
By 2pm the staff was ready to check us in. The room was clean, tidy and all amenities were available for...

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night.
The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities.
Would definately stay here again!"
