"Worth every penny to stay in this classic SF hotel that happened to be a stone’s throw from a concert we attended at The Masonic. The staff are particularly attentive and helpful. Even the eye-watering cost for valet parking didn’t really sting in this neighborhood."

"Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon.
What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch.
Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel....
