"Im not sure where this hotel got its 5 stars .... it must of fallen from the sky because the palce doesnt even deserve 2 stars. its a beautiful 16 centry building but its run in a very bad way.... dirty, rooms not cleaned, no hot water, rusty water that you need to wait 10 minutes for it to clear.... a joke. and becarfull with the scammers that help you to find parking. "

"During the last 2 days, the Riad was privatized even if we were there. We were asked to act as we were friends and not customers. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad. The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room. "
