"The location of this hotel is amazing and the pool area is great. I also want to preface this review by saying that the staff took any concerns we had seriously and were as accommodating as they could be.
This hotel has a serious Mold issue that we experienced in 3 different rooms. The first room had Mold all over the ceiling above the bed. The 2nd room was 7 floors below that one but shared a wall with the previous room and also has black Mold in the corner of the ceiling. We were feeling...

"Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well."

"Really fantastic stay. As mentioned by others, the staff really goes above and beyond. Fantastic rooms. Super spacious. Didnt hear noises from other rooms. Convenient location quick block from the beach and many restaurants near by but not too crowded in the heart of downtown. "

"Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row. "
