"All nice, I think the rooms are a bit dated and could get a renovation. For the breakfast please let guests get coffee served from the big espresso machine, I personally think that a WMF self serve machine coffee is totally inadequate for a 5 star hotel, not a good coffee. This was one of the reasons I only had one breakfast at the hotel and the rest outside. Food quality at breakfast was all fine. Thanks."

"Seriously wrong- the staff responsible for the baggage have some deep issues. We have 5 bags to ship very expensive and they never answer the phones, always busy, never email back… also when we checked out we called them 3 times to explain that the taxi is down and we are in a hurry, it took them 40 min to get the luggages down from the room."

"Ultra modern with excellent views of the bay and the city. To get to the hotel, you enter the ground floor of the building and take the elevator to the seventh floor for the lobby and reception. The first person to greet your arrival is Hashimoto, who instantly makes you feel like a valued customer or, maybe, a warmly received family member. What a pleasant introduction to this hotel.
