"Everything was a 10/10. I was a bit upset that the lounge was at capacity because we pretty much booked our trip around the lounge being available and there was nothing on the app here stating that the lounge was not available so if that could be implemented, that would be great other than that the room service was amazing. Housekeeping was perfect. The views were beautiful. I will definitely be back. "

"We’ve stayed at some really nice hotels so keeping that in mind, we had high expectations for this being our first Ritz Carlton stay and it just fell really flat. The front desk staff were nice enough but nothing overly warm or anything that separated it from any other hotel. The room was clean but again pretty average.
