"J’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 personne (2 adultes 1 enfants de 5 ans ) à ma grande surprise pas de lit supplémentaire pour mon fils la solution était de prendre un lit avec des frais supplémentaires ou sinon qu’il dorment dans le même lit… pour le prix de la chambre en Thaïlande à Patong je trouve ça désastreux pour moins chère j’ai eu un meilleurs acceuil !!!"

While at times the staff were pleasant, they also make the guests feel like we are going to take the towels, umbrellas, dressing gowns....... the amount of checking, signing and following up was just ridiculous. The cash deposit required doesn't make sense as you get it back but they don't have credit card details for incidentals. Breakfast was average, same bland food daily with no changes.
