"Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready. "

"Hotel it’s self is very clean.. but the elevators were broken which ruined my experience because I was late for everything I had planned and was on the 30th floor so only other option was to go down 30 flights of stairs. I am waiting to be partially comped for the inconvenience other than that I would stay here again but for a 5 star hotel that elevator issue really messed up a lot of peoples planned activities and even to get throughout the hotel for so treatment. "Horribly rude front desk person, not just once but multiple times with her. I wish I knew her name. My secondary reservation somehow was under a man who was there the prior week? She was rude and of no help. The manager was wonderful and sorted it all out."

"Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! Talk about going above and beyond! I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness from hotel staff. That kind gesture alone will make me return. Thank you for a great experience all around.

"The front desk staff and housekeeping were spectacular. The room was well laid out, very clean, comfortable bed, and well curated amenities. What lets this hotel down are the very popular public spaces. In the morning we had to walk through two different photography session going on.
