"Since Staying at the Sheraton in Dubrovnik, Croatia, I have not written a review like this! The staff and the views of the Mediterranean were incredible. The breakfast and the kindness of the lead hostesses and the waitstaff were simply the best. They were kind and caring-making sure that our every need was taken care of. The front desk staff too-from the check-in to check-out were the definition of customer service!! In addition, the breakfast buffet was delicious-they even had a juicer!!!...

"Our stay was for 7 nights and we could not have been more impressed. The staff was absolutely amazing, special shout out to Asif, he made the best cocktails and was really personable. We ate at all of the restaurant's for the property and none of them disappointed us. Food was really good and the staff was again amazing. The spa was very nice and reasonably priced. Our room was super clean and we really enjoyed our sauna/pool suite. Turn down service was a nice touch as well."
