"Excellent chill vibe hotel or romantic getaway. Very calm and relaxing compared to others. The ice rink and bowling area is a fun time for couples or family. The staff are all friendly and the beach area isn’t crowded like many other resorts. If you’re looking for a chill vibe or want to go party elsewhere but have a less hectic atmosphere at your spot this is a great resort."

"Kinda surprised at the W South Beach. Decent pool, but not enough food options. Basically one restaurant supplying mostly the same food to the pool, bar and restaurant.I liked it but didn’t love it. The adult only pool was kinda dismal. And the main pool you had to relocate every few hours if you wanted sun. Not what We were expecting. Probably a one and done. Great staff though."

"I absolutely loved staying here. Excellent excellent location right by the beach and all the shops. The food was good. Although the Mediterranean restaurant was OK I loved the pool options and dinner at the Jose Andres restaurant. The pool is beautiful. Worth the money!"
