"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is fantastic with a great menu, and the gym and pool facilities are also very nice. It is very walkable to EmQuartier, Emporium, EmSphere, and many other attractions. My only qualm is that the elevators do take quite a long time to arrive which is a bit of a pain. Also the hotel was hosting numerous events during my stay which made the elevator issue that much worse. Also - not sure if it was just me, but the lobby on Level...

"It’s my first time staying with Okura Prestige Bangkok, and I was deeply impressed by the staff and amenities offered by the hotel. Ms. Pimsuda who’s an elegant young lady greets me & arranged the check in for me. The service level is by the the highest I’ve ever had among all Bangkok 5 stars hotels I have ever experienced. I live in Conrad most of the time due to its location & safety (close to American Embassy) and I never noticed the Okura Prestige although I passed by many times. I’m lucky...
