Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. "Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Statt Pool gibt es ein Thermalbecken, an dessen Geruch nach Schwefel? man sich gewöhnen muss. Es ist alles sehr sauber bis auf das Außen-WC, welches ohnehin einer grundlegenden Erneuerung bedürfte. Personal ist durchgehend nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und war auch schon viele Male hier. "
