"Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. "Guest Parking is very expensive $45/day. The hotel is very well kept. Very nice restaurant and ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable. The mattresses could be better at supporting your back. New mattresses or firmer mattresses would help. The staff is very helpful but if you request something like extra pillows or towels during the day, it might be forgotten. I had to request the same a few times. Good hotel but they need more staff for housekeeping or front desk. Requests are missed"

"This hotel looked more like a hospital than a hotel. It was dingy looking, only six safes in all the rooms. There was nothing around there so you had to eat in hotel which was poor quality food. Amenities were lacking, rooms smelled of mold. I have always stayed at a Marriot and this was not cheap. Very disappointed that Marriot has their name on such a facility."
