"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. "The room was nice and the staff were very nice. The location works well as it is close to cruise ports and not far from the airport. There is not much in the immediate area, but not far to get to several nice restaurants, etc. Biggest downside (and only one we noted) was that it is next to the Expressway and there is a lot of road noise all night."

"The hotel in general was very nice. There was VERY loud music between 3pm-8pm and again started at 11pm-2am. It was so loud and the bass was so bad that it shock the walls. It was absolutely ridiculous. When something was said the front stated they didn't know anyting about it and would wave the resort fee which is ONLY $43.45 of the almost $375 per night that was paid. That is a small fee compared to not being sleep after a long day of travel and paying that amount for a room. We will not being...
