"We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did. "The hotel is nice, but severely overpriced. The cafe sells bottled water for 15$. You need to leave the property to buy any essentials. The area is very walkable. I used the gym twice, and both times the water cooler was empty, and there were no sterilizing wipes for the equipment."

"I loved my room it had a great view and was very nice. The only issue I had was the fire alarm going off one morning woke me up at 8 am and kept going off periodically til 1 pm that day. Also one of the pools and the rooftop bar was closed for renovations."
