"This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. "I loved everything about this hotel and resort except for the fact that housekeeping was really slacking. Our room was never cleaned properly. The floors were dirty every day. Sheets were not changed and nothing was wiped down. The pools were great. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Luna Mar was not good at all. They served my eight-year-old son raw chicken fingers. The menu is small and the food is average. I still would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone coming here!...
